I just found this item in my attic with a couple of mouthpieces. I am not musically inclined but I think this is a sheet music holder. What makes this unique is that it has 2 separate clamps on the back. It has a round shaft that turns to square at the last 1/2″ of the shaft. It has an aged patina. I think this would be great to hold a floral card in a floral arrangement for someone that is musically inclined! I just listed the mouthpieces in my ebay store too.
