Unless I noted used in a specific part, consider the part to be new. If I have more than one of the part, the one you receive may not be in the package pictured. I can’t list items in variations with best offer, I can take less on some of the parts I have listed, if you want to offer less, just send me a message and the specific part you are making the offer for. I do ship international, the amount is already filled in, I apologize for the high cost for shipping such a small item but it’s the cheapest way I can ship a item with tracking, shipping cost is ridiculous.
