Our primary goal is 100% customer satisfaction while providing a quality item at a
reasonable price. However, occasionally we may have to adjust the price of some relisted
items as our current stock quantities are depleted. This is based on the prices that our
suppliers charge us for the items that we list.
We assure all of our new customers that you will not be disappointed. We have an experienced
shipping staff to be sure your item is shipped out quickly. Most of our items have shipping
included with the price. If we have items listed as being NEW, then that is just what it is.
NEW, direct from the manufacturer. NOT recycled, remanufactured, or refurbished.
And we only sell authentic name brand items, not items compatible with your product that you need them for.
Note to Buyers: If you experience an issue with the item purchased or have a question
regarding an item not received, try sending us a message and letting us know what your
concerns are. We are here to work with you if you have a question or complaint. When a buyer
opens a case against a seller without attempting to contact the seller first, that only shows
disrespect for that seller plus it creates a lot more work to resolve the issue at hand having to go
through the Resolution Center to resolve minor issues. We can resolve any issues that may arise a
lot faster and easier if we are contacted directly through Ebay Messaging.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility
to be sure the complete and correct shipping address is on file with your Ebay and PayPal
Account. If for any reason a package is returned to us “undeliverable” due to missing
address information or is delivered to an address different than what is expected, the
Buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to have the package
shipped the second time. If a package is returned to us for the same reason stated
above and the buyer refuses to pay the secondary shipping charges, a request to
cancel the transaction with Ebay will be submitted and the PayPal payment refunded,
minus a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping charges.
