Note to Buyers: If you experience an issue with the item purchased or have a question
regarding an item not received, try sending us a message and letting us know what your

opens a case against a seller without attempting to contact the seller first, that only shows
disrespect for that seller plus it creates a lot more work to resolve the issue at hand having to go
through the Resolution Center to resolve minor issues. We can resolve any issues that may arise a

It is the Buyer’s responsibility
to be sure the complete and correct shipping address is on file with your Ebay and PayPal
Account. If for any reason a package is returned to us “undeliverable” due to missing
address information or is delivered to an address different than what is expected, the
Buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to have the package
shipped the second time. If a package is returned to us for the same reason stated
above and the buyer refuses to pay the secondary shipping charges, a request to
cancel the transaction with Ebay will be submitted and the PayPal payment refunded,
minus a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping charges.
