Return Policy
All Sales are Final, returns will only be accepted if the item shipped is DOA, defective, or we have shipped you the wrong item. Returns without authorization will not be accepted and will be subject to 25% restocking fee, if everything shipped in the original purchase is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges, tax and duty. If for any reason you are being issued a refund, the shipping charges will not be refunded in any circumstances.
If the item or packaging has any physical damage (burnt, chipped, cracked, seals broken, etc) or if there are accessories missing, your RMA case will be voided and the item will be returned to you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.

How long does the return take?
